Finnish Sauna

Finnish sauna is most common sauna type in Europe. The refreshing effect of sweating is provided by the hot temperature and the low humidity. Sauna increases the resistance of your body and promote detoxification. It has positive effects on heart and blood circulation.

Temperature: 80-90 C

Humidity: max. 10%

Recommended stay: 8-20 minutes

After sauna have a cooling shower (starting from your foot towards your heart), take a break at least that long that you spent in sauna and cool down. You can repeat sauna twice.

Sauna is not recommended to guest having cardiovascular problems.

Aroma Sauna

Aromatherapy is a way of releasing stress based on the calming effect of essential oils.

The oils of the different flowers, leaves and roots are mixed with base oils, and this mixture is inhaled in the sauna. The smell of the oils directly effects our feelings and nerves.

Temperature: 60-70 C

Humidity: max. 50-60%

Recommended stay: 10-20 minutes

Infra sauna

The deep warm treatment regenerates the body and the skin. Its biggest advantage is that the lower, 40-50 temperature burden our body less. The infrared rays move inside the skin and repair the tired muscles.

Infra sauna is recommended for detoxification, pain relief, weight loss, but it is also convenient for cleaning the skin and treating cellulite.

Temperature: 40-50 C

Recommended stay: 20-20 minutes

Steam room

Steam bath helps in preserving health and relaxation. It has positive effect on the respiratory tract, specially recommended for treating respiratory  sickness. The steam cares, protects and tightens the skin, detoxifies the body, decreases the pain in the muscles and relieves cold.

Temperature: 50-55 C

Humidity: max. 95-100%

Recommended stay: 10-15 minutes

Sauna is not recommended to guest having cardiovascular problems.
