As for choreography, it is more followable compared to the conventional step sessions, not dance-like but it is slightly more difficult to perform. It consists of a series of body weight exercises moving multiple muscle groups simultaneously which we learn step-by-step and repeat multiple times. As for its type it is similar to the interval because there are some minutes of basic steps between the repetitions of the choreography where we can draw some breath.
