Group class based on martial arts, focusing on punching and kicking techniques. After a thorough warm-up and mobilization, the strengthening and technical stages alternate within a circuit training. We end the class with a long stretch. Beginners are also welcome to try it, as we start completely from the basics and the training is not choreographed!

Equipment requirements: if you like the class and want to practice regularly, use the punching bag and punching gloves, it is recommended that you get a bandage and boxing gloves for yourself.
