There is no healthy soul without a healthy body and vice versa. The goal of my classes is for as many of you as possible to find a form of exercise that is close to you. If someone falls in love with one, it develops almost imperceptibly and the sky is the only limit. Both slower, more concentrated and more powerful dynamic trainings have their place in a well-distributed training plan, it is important to listen to the signals of our own body and know when to put everything into the training and when to slow down a bit.
