The exercises can be practiced easily. We focus on strengthening and mobilizing the muscles that are responsible for spinal stabilization. The exercised promote the growth of bone cells, strengthen and develop the body posture, normalizes the blood pressure and help in having safer moves.
We use different kind of fitness equipment (big balls, small balls, rubber rope, rubber tape) that make the class diverse and enjoyable.
