You are able to cancel your booking 60 minutes before the class

There is no complicated choreography on spinning classes, this way everybody can focus on their body and mind. The intensity of the workout is up to the cyclists themselves.
The training consists of 40-45 minutes of riding and then stretching.

I have been doing sports regularly since childhood, swimming, and dancing, but the real breakthrough came in 2006, when I took part in my first indoor cycling class. That\'s when I first encountered the SPINNING® program, which I liked so much that I completed the Johnny G SPINNING® instructor training in 2009. In addition to using my degree in economics, I have been giving classes regularly since 2009, and SPINNING® has become a part of my life ever since. Over the past few years, I have gained a lot from this sport: self-confidence, good health, and most importantly, lots of friends. The SPINNING® program is a love for me, which I have been trying to pass on to my guests ever since. I inspire them to constantly set goals for themselves and try to achieve them. You don\'t necessarily have to think about big goals right away; by achieving small goals, we gradually develop and move towards the larger goals we set. If you get \"stuck\" along the way, I am the music to help you overcome the difficulties because together everything is easier, and together we can climb every mountain. My motto: Have goals and dare to achieve them!
