This class gives you all-round training: besides it develops the strength and the endurance, it corrects the coordination with complex movements. Each exercise moves the abdominal, the back and the pelvic muscles, strengthens the ligaments.

Becoming a group fitness instructor is the result of several years of passion and dreaming. I have been in so many life situations during my life, and sports have supported me. It give endless positive energy and motivation, which I also want to pass on to my guests in my classes. Spinning, spectacular training types are closer to me, the dynamic movement of the whole body, the conscious development of strength is the central goal. In addition, the body\'s coordination and concentration are outstanding, so the muscle strength and the spirit work together.
