Yoga & Stretching is a mixed class type, where the focus is on stretching, rippering asanas, and special stretching excercises out of yoga elements.
During the class, we relax and stretch all the muscles that tend to shorten effected by the civil harms. We also mobilize the joints, so that they can win back, and keep their normal moving territory.
