The Spartan cross training is like the functional kettlebell workout.
We put a lot of emphasis on mobility and right warm-up at this training. Kettlebell techniques can be learned quickly.
In addition to the basic exercises (squat, pressure, teething, eruptions) we also take various explosive, power-developing exercises, so we move all muscle groups. The team works on time intervals or specified repeat numbers in 3-4 blocks.
It develops skeletal muscle system, provides strong and stable muscles, and brings endurance to an explosive form. Additionally, everyone who takes part in the trainings regularly will lose weight, and build muscles.
