As its name shows, it’s a super strong and super intensive training.

Its goal is to improve fitness by combining and varying the tools, which develops the strength of the muscle strength  also has a fat burning effect depending on the intensity. The excercises of the training are the basic training exercises and their variations in aerobics, keeping is a simple session without any choreography. To increase the intensity and developing effect,we use different tools (eg, step, rubber band, hand-weight, flexi-bar, soft ball, fit ball, dynair pillow).
