If you are here, I probably do not need to convince you of the importance of regular exercise in maintaining your health. That is where I aim to support you. In my classes, we work the whole body, with extra focus on strengthening and mobilizing the areas that tend to suffer most from sitting for long hours. The sessions are built around a preventive approach, with intensity that can be adjusted to your level, and a strong focus on proper posture, and controlled movement. I use a variety of equipment to keep things interesting, while maintaining a clear and structured flow. My professional background includes nearly 25 years of personal sports experience, a degree in natural sciences, and a Fitness Instructor qualification from the International Wellness Institute (IWI).
