We carried them for nine months, our body fed them, gave birth to them, and have been with them continuously ever since. We feed them, carry them, lift them, bend down to them, run after them, take care of them. We delight in them, but we are less enthusiastic when we think about the changes in our bodies associated with pregnancy and childbirth. The most important goal of the Core Mama tool type of class is to help mothers regenerate after giving birth, to regain, maintain and further improve their fitness.

The class is baby-friendly, so it is safe to bring children, they can pass the time according to their age - playing, sleeping, or in the parent\\\\\\\'s hands as a weight - while their mom is training. The exercises are focused on the core muscles, they concentrate on strengthening those parts of the body that are exposed to a greater load than usual during pregnancy and parenthood with small children. We differentiate the exercises, so the class can start after the postpartum medical check-up, but we also welcome mothers who gave birth several years ago.
