The class consists of 6 parts. We start with activation/warm-up, then a mobility and core strength+stability block. Then we finish the workout with motion peak, then mobility composition, and finally body awareness. KORCE, as part of the Experts United program, applies the following 3 basic principles: it must be purposeful (SAID principle), regular, and planned.
